robotron*ComCenter is the platform for flexible message control in company-wide data communication across all systems. Messages are retrieved from systems of any manufacturer, analyzed and made available to the target systems via flexible workflow-controlled routing rules. With the versatile and convenient communication platform, you can implement encrypted and signed data exchange (both S/MIME and AS4), control and logging as well as the monitoring of complex information flows. In addition to the regulated formats and processes in the context of market communication, robotron*ComCenter also serves any individual data traffic that is to take place via e-mail, FTP/SFTP or file system transfer.
Standardized and Automated Market Communication with AS4
robotron*AS4-Connector ensures BDEW-compliant market communication via AS4 since October 01, 2023.
In combination with robotron*AS4-Connector, robotron*ComCenter becomes the ideal communication platform for market communication of EDIFACT and schedule messages.

Flexible filter options
Incoming and outgoing data can be assigned to the relevant recipients/senders or sending/receiving systems and forwarded to them. Complex message routing can be carried out using configurable and freely combinable filter rules. The necessary rules can reference all metadata of the transmission channel (e.g. e-mail protocol) as well as the content to be transmitted (e.g. EDIFACT files).
Efficient research tool
robotron*ComCenter offers a wide range of search options to ensure monitoring of message exchange and the connection of internal systems. The tool provides conversion tools and thus supports the efficient integration of the entire system landscape.
Flexible web application
The system is provided as a web application based on Oracle Application Express and can therefore be operated via a browser. This provides a separate interface that is independent of the EDM/MDM system. This enables settings to be maintained and workflow steps to be created. On the database side, both stand-alone installation and integration into an EDM/MDM database are possible. Both variants have their own integrated user administration.

High Performance and Efficient Data Storage
In order to meet the requirements of a modern communication and integration component in terms of performance and efficient data storage, message files and logs can be compressed and archived at freely selectable time intervals. These data objects can be removed from the active database and stored offline in the file system for later use. If required, each data object can be reactivated individually for specific time slices.
