Release 7 of the Robotron Energy Market Platform marks an important milestone in the further development of the platform with numerous technical innovations and functional enhancements.
Here is an overview of selected important innovations from Release 7:
- Preparation for changes in market regulations: On the system side, Release 7 lays the foundations for future changes to market regulations, such as 24-hour supplier changes, and prepares customer systems for upcoming challenges.
- New virtual assistant: One highlight is the new AI-based chatbot, which acts as a virtual assistant. The platform's ‘energy virtual assistant’, known as Robotron EVA for short, helps users to find the system information they need more quickly and in a more targeted manner. EVA links information from the energy market with the functions of our software and thus improves the efficient handling of daily processes.
- Energy communities in feed-in management: As part of the release, robotron*ecount and robotron*esales now allow the mapping of energy communities for the detailed recording of prosumers' feed-in and consumption.
- RAP platform: With the update, the application is released on the RAP platform for certain systems. This provides access to an additional browser-based user interface that enables intuitive and flexible use.
- UTF8 encoding: With Release 7, the Robotron Energy Market Platform supports UTF8 encoding in the database, ensuring full character and language support. This makes it possible to store and process data in all languages spoken worldwide.
